  • Mobile Service: We offer convenient mobile tinting services and only operate in secure, enclosed spaces like garages or sheltered areas.
  • Weather Conditions: Appointments may be rescheduled or relocated due to poor weather—at no extra cost.
  • Guarantee Card: Provided with every job to ensure long-term confidence and coverage.

Payment Methods

  • EFTPOS & Cards: All major cards accepted (1.5% surcharge applies).
  • PayID Transfers: Fast and secure mobile payments accepted.
  • Cash is KING: Preferred and welcomed.

Customer Assurance & Payment Policy

  • We value our clients and take pride in our workmanship.
  • We never request upfront payments via social media or unofficial accounts.
  • A deposit may be requested in some cases—but only through our official channels.
  • Full payment is due upon job completion, following your inspection and acceptance of the work.
  • No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as materials and labour are used to complete the job.
  • Rework or warranty coverage will be provided only if necessary, based on the original job conditions.

Window Tinting Disclaimer

  • While every effort is made to ensure a clean, professional job, due to static particles and manual cutting, minor imperfections may occur and are within industry standard tolerance.
  • Perfect, particle-free finishes cannot be guaranteed.

Post-Tinting Expectations

  • Minor bubbles or haze may appear during the curing period (2–3 weeks).
  • Keep windows closed for 48 hours post-tinting.
  • Avoid cleaning the inside for 7 days.
  • Only use ammonia-free glass cleaner on tinted windows.

Tint Removal Notice

  • Tint removal may impact defroster lines or rear window elements.
  • We take all precautions but are not liable for any damage caused during the removal process.
  • Tint removal is charged separately depending on the condition of the existing film.

Legal Compliance

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their vehicle complies with local tint laws.
  • Royal Tinting Service is not liable for any fines or legal issues from non-compliant tint choices.
  • We highly recommend staying within legal tint limits.

Liability Disclaimer

  • Please remove all valuables before your appointment.
  • We are not liable for lost or damaged personal items.
  • While every precaution is taken, minor dents or scratches may occur and are not claimable.
  • In the rare case of major damage caused by negligence, we reserve the right to handle repairs through our trusted repairers.

Indemnification

By using our services, you agree to indemnify and hold Royal Tinting Service and its staff harmless from any claims or damages resulting from the tinting process or final outcome.

Vehicle Pick-Up Policy

  • Customers must inspect their vehicle at the time of pick-up.
  • Any issues must be reported within 1 hour of collection.
  • After 1 hour, the vehicle is considered accepted and no claims will be entertained.

Acceptance of Terms

By completing the tinting service, you are deemed to have accepted all terms and conditions, whether or not a signature is provided.
