1. Service Description:

Royal Tinting Services provides professional automotive window tinting for vehicles of all makes and models. Our skilled technicians apply high-quality tint films to enhance privacy, reduce heat, and protect interiors from harmful UV rays.

2. Booking and Payment:

To book an appointment for tinting services, customers can contact us via phone or through our website’s or any other online booking system. we may ask for non-refundable deposit of 10% of the total service cost if required to secure the appointment. The remaining balance can be paid at the time of service completion. We accept payments through cash, credit cards, and electronic transfers.

3. Warranty and Guarantees:

Film Care & Maintenance

After-market window tint for your car has many advantages, and maintaining your car’s window tint is actually pretty easy.

  1. It is important not to operate your windows for at least 48 hours after installation.
  2. It is also important not to clean the glass during the drying period, normally 21 days.
  3. A hazy or milky appearance and moisture bubbles will be evident soon after initial application.
    Do not be concerned. Please note, they will slowly disappear during the curing process. This may take longer in winter.
  4. After curing, a few small particles or points or may remain, also known as micro-dots. They are normally visible from the outside and are inherent to a film adhesive system. They will not affect the performance of the film in any way.
  5. All Tint Is Carefully Applied, But Due to Static & Floating Particles A Job Will Never Be 100% Particle Free or Perfect to 100% If any Issues is less then 10% will be deemable if it does not effect on Tint Peformance
  6. To clean, simply spray film with Ammonia Free Glass Cleaner and wipe off lightly with a soft cloth or rag.
    Do not use abrasive cloths, brushes, powders or ammonia based window cleaner.
  7. Be cautious when unbuckling your seat belt that it doesn’t hit the window as it retracts. This could leave a scratch.
    The same holds true for using extra care when loading your vehicle that you don’t allow anything to rub against the tint.

? Tips & Warnings

  • Do not stick labels to tinted glass.
  • Be mindful of pets scratching on windows.
  • Clean the inside of the rubber window seal frequently to prevent dust build up which can cause scratching over time.

Warranty claims can be initiated through mutual agreement between the business owner and the customer, whether through any communication platform or by word of mouth.

Warranty Terms and Information

Lifetime Warranty – Warranty valid for windows tinted within your legal state VLT limits.

Black Armor Select Window film is warranted against peeling, bubbling, cracking, de-metallising and discolouring for as long as you own your car. Your Black Armor warranty in not transferable and is limited to the replacement of film and associated labour costs. This warranty does not cover film damaged by scratching, glass failure, glass breakage, leakage glass, film which has been subjected to mistreatment, abuse, improper care, film which has had stickers applied, suction cups or similar are attached. This warranty does not cover any consequential loss however caused. Proof of purchase and current ownership will be required when making a claim.

Booking a warranty service is typically fee-free unless there are exceptional circumstances that necessitate charges.

It is crucial to attend your scheduled warranty claim appointment. Please be mindful of a 30-minute waiting period or provide notice if you anticipate being late. Failure to attend or cancellations within 24 hours will be treated as the service being completed, with no further action for that person or vehicle.

Subsequent appointments requested will result in charges and be treated as new service requests.

4. Liability and Disclaimer:

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle complies with local tinting laws and regulations. Royal Tinting Services shall not be liable for any fines or legal consequences resulting from non-compliance. While we take utmost care during the tinting process, customers are advised to remove any personal belongings from the vehicle before service. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to such items.

5. Privacy Policy:

We collect customer information necessary for appointment booking and service delivery. Rest assured, all personal data is treated confidentially and handled in accordance with our privacy policy, which can be found on our website.

6. Copyright and Intellectual Property:

All content, images, and materials on the Royal Tinting Services website and promotional materials are the intellectual property of our business and protected by copyright laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction of such materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Customer Responsibilities:

Customers must ensure that their vehicle is clean and free from any debris before the tinting appointment. Additionally, customers should follow our post-tinting care instructions for optimal results.

8. Complaints and Disputes:

In the event of any complaints or disputes, customers are encouraged to contact us promptly. We will make reasonable efforts to address and resolve any issues in a fair and timely manner.
