• Weather Conditions: Appointments may be rescheduled or relocated due to poor weather—at no extra cost.
• Guarantee Card: Provided with every job to ensure long-term confidence and coverage.
• EFTPOS & Cards: All major cards accepted (1.5% surcharge applies).
• PayID Transfers: Fast and secure mobile payments accepted.
• Cash is KING: Preferred and welcomed.
• We value our clients and take pride in our workmanship.
• We never request upfront payments via social media or unofficial accounts.
• A deposit may be requested in some cases—but only through our official channels.
• Full payment is due upon job completion, following your inspection and acceptance of the work.
• No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, as materials and labour are used to complete the job.
• Rework or warranty coverage will be provided only if necessary, based on the original job conditions.
